Proudly Serving Seniors and Families

We are proud to serve seniors and their families across the communities we call home, providing dependable care that helps older adults remain safe and comfortable in the place they love most—their own home. Our team understands the unique needs of local communities and is committed to delivering personalized care that respects each senior’s routines, preferences, and independence.

For families across West Virginia and Ohio, having a trusted home care partner brings reassurance during an often emotional time. We work closely with loved ones to ensure clear communication, consistent support, and compassionate care they can rely on. Whether you’re nearby or supporting a loved one from a distance, you can feel confident knowing your family member is receiving attentive, professional home care from people who truly care.

Rooted in Our Communities, Dedicated to Local Seniors

At our core, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch in-home care services. The following statistics exemplify our extensive experience, capabilities, and broad reach in providing exceptional care for our clients.

3,000+

Employing a vast nursing and case management staff managing over 3,000 direct care workers.

9 Offices

With nine strategically located offices, our extensive coverage allows us to reach even the most rural areas.

Care That Feels Familiar, Support You Can Trust

Though we serve seniors and families on a large scale, our approach to care remains deeply personal. We believe meaningful home care is built on relationships, not volume, which is why we focus on delivering a small-town feel rooted in familiarity, trust, and genuine connection. Every client is treated as an individual, and every care relationship is guided by respect, compassion, and an understanding of what truly matters to the senior and their family.

Our people-first culture plays a key role in making this possible. By supporting and valuing our caregivers, we foster low turnover and long-tenured team members who bring experience, consistency, and heartfelt dedication into the home. This continuity allows caregivers to form real, lasting relationships with clients—creating a sense of comfort and reliability that families can feel confident in. The result is care that feels familiar, dependable, and truly centered on the person receiving it.

Did You Know?

You can potentially be paid to take care of your loved ones?

In specific situations, family members may act as direct care workers. However, individuals with legal responsibilities are not eligible for reimbursement. The client's spouse, parent of a minor child, and court-appointed legal guardians are restricted from serving as direct care workers. Yet, if a direct care agency employs them, individuals with roles like Medical Power of Attorney (MPOA), Power of Attorney (POA), healthcare surrogate, or any other legal representative may provide care.

Partnering With Families Every Step of the Way

Caring for an aging loved one is a journey, and families deserve guidance and support along the way. We believe the best home care happens when families are true partners in the care process. From the first conversation to ongoing support, we take the time to listen, answer questions, and understand each family’s unique needs, ensuring care plans align with their goals and expectations.

Our commitment to families extends beyond daily care tasks. We prioritize clear communication, consistency, and reliability so families always feel informed and confident in their loved one’s care. Whether you’re involved day to day or managing care from a distance, our team is here to support you with compassion, transparency, and dependable home care every step of the way.
