Affordable Independence

Private Pay Select Care Services is designed to act as an affordable long-term healthcare alternative for West Virginia and Ohio residents who would normally be placed in a nursing home or to provide temporary assistance for those recuperating from an illness, injury, or surgery. Clients remain in their own homes, supported by a package of services that is custom-designed to assist them in maintaining their independence for as long as possible.

Services are contracted, coordinated, monitored, and managed by an experienced professional care management team consisting of Licensed Social Workers, Registered Nurses, and knowledgeable administrative and support personnel.

Eligibility

Private Pay Select Care Services is open to any individual evidencing a need for long- or short-term care and meeting basic medical and financial criteria. All clients will have their care managed by a licensed RN and/or Social Worker as appropriate and access to 24/7 on-call services.

Designed to act as an alternative to nursing home care, we are committed to providing an extensive range of top-quality services that will enhance both the length and quality of life in the familiar security of one’s own home. The overall goal of our Private Pay Select Care Services is to provide the client, his or her family, or other responsible parties with all services necessary to maintain a quality standard of independent living with total freedom from management, coordination, and contracting responsibilities. Services provided under this program are typically paid for by the client, the client’s family, trust funds, insurance companies, etc. From basic assistance to highly specialized care, Private Pay Select Care Services offer “the right services at the right time.”
